WebJust kill the Van Graffs and use the Brotherhood or kill Cass. Van Graffs are still better to keep if you using energy weapons. Cass is good but not that good. Boone is probably better. There's a mod that lets you lie to Jean-Baptiste that Cass is dead, otherwise you have to choose between Letting Cass die, or failing/not finishing the quest. WebBirds of a Feather is the questline given by the Van Graffs so obviously killing them or making them hostile is going to end that quest.
