After the trail rejoins with the road, it is another 0.6 miles to Coney Flats TH. From the Coney Flats TH, enter the Indian Peaks Wilderness and head west ¼ mile to the Coney Lake Trail #914. The trail parallels the Beaver Creek Trail through a meadow for another ¼ mile, and then crosses Coney Creek.
