WebRyu is pretty unorthadox compared to most of the Smash roster, but if you can do half circles and shoryuken motions he has pretty damn easy execution and simple combos. The real difficulty in the character comes from learning how to play around his weird physics and play a more grounded neutral instead of hopping around all the time.
